PERSONAL INFORMATION

Daniel Chudleigh, the founder of Treasure Valley Physical Therapy, has lived and become an involved member of the Ontario community for the last 20+ years. In November of 2005, he saw the need for a more individualized approach to physical therapy and he opened the doors of Treasure Valley Physical Therapy Inc. He chose to be located on the western side of the city so that not only could he meet the needs of the Ontario community but also the rehabilitative needs of several outlying communities as well. His positive rapport with the medical community was crucial in his transition to owning his own practice.
